About project
“After a moment of introspection, I realized that I needed to reclaim my life, my health and my sanity.”
I started my path to reclaiming my “beauty” with what I always knew were the basics of good health: proper sleep, diet and exercise. The transformation was absolutely astonishing! My world became brighter and more beautiful and I wanted to help others to reclaim their own sense of Beauty.
